Maple Rum Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz dark rum
- 1 oz orange juice
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz maple syrup
- 1–1.5 oz club soda
- Pinch of salt
- Orange wedge for garnish
The Maine Maple Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Maple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Seltzer
- 1 Egg White
Lemon Maple Cider
Ingredients:
- 6 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 8 oz Apple Cider
- 1 Slice Apple (for garnish)
- Dash Cayenne Pepper (for garnish)
The French Doctor
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- 1 oz St Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz Maple Syrup
- 2-3 oz club soda
Directions:
1. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with
1 large ice cube. Shake thoroughly, for about 30
seconds or until the cocktail shaker feels cold to
the touch.
2. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass with a large
ice cube.
3. Top with club soda and garnish with a dried
blood orange wheel.
