Maple Rum Fizz cocktail

Maple Rum Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup
  • 1–1.5 oz club soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Orange wedge for garnish

Directions:

Yields: 1 cocktail

Add rum, orange juice, lemon juice, maple syrup and salt to a shaker with ice. Shake to combine. Strain into a glass with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with an orange wedge. 

 

The Maine Maple Sour

The Maine Maple Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Maple Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Seltzer
  • 1 Egg White

Directions:

Directions:
1. Shake first three ingredients vigorously for 1-2 minutes.
2. Strain into Collins glass over ice.
3. Top with Seltzer.

Lemon Maple Cider

Lemon Maple Cider

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 8 oz Apple Cider
  • 1 Slice Apple (for garnish)
  • Dash Cayenne Pepper (for garnish)

Directions:

SERVES 2
Add all ingredients to shaker, shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Serve with garnish of apple slice & sprinkling of pepper (optional).

Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with
1 large ice cube. Shake thoroughly, for about 30
seconds or until the cocktail shaker feels cold to
the touch.
2. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass with a large
ice cube.
3. Top with club soda and garnish with a dried
blood orange wheel.
