Apple Brandy Fizz
Ingredients:
- ½ oz apple brandy
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 5 oz club soda
- Garnish with granny smith apple slices
Directions:
Serves: 1
Combine the apple cider, cinnamon stick, cloves, nutmeg and vanilla in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and let cook until the liquid reduces to about 4 Tbsp, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, strain and let cool. Add 1 Tbsp of the cooled reduction and the apple brandy to a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and stir to combine. Garnish with apple slices.
