Blueberry Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz Blueberry Syrup*
- 2 oz Fever Tree Sicilian Lemonade
- Garnish: Skewered Blueberries
- Garnish: Lemon Wheel
Directions:
1. Add the ingredients (except for the lemonade) to a cocktail
shaker with 1 large ice cube. Shake thoroughly, for about 30
seconds or until the cocktail shaker feels cold to the touch.
2. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
3. Top with 2 oz sparkling lemonade.
4. Garnish with skewered blueberries and a lemon wheel.
*Blueberry Syrup
Ingredients:
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Cup Water
0.5 Cups Sugar
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, cook the blueberries in the water over
medium heat.
2. Strain out the blueberries, then return the liquid to the hot pan.
3. Over low heat, stir in the sugar until it dissolves.
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
