Matcha Vodka Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 oz heavy cream
Directions:
Yields: 1 cocktail
In a small bowl, add the matcha powder. Whisking constantly to avoid lumps, slowly pour in the vodka and whisk until combined and smooth. Add the vanilla extract, honey, and lemon juice. Stir until combined.
Strain the matcha mixture into a shaker filled with ice and shake for 30 seconds or until chilled. Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass and pour the matcha mixture over it. Top with cream and stir.
